10 ChatGPT Prompts for ADHD Business Owners
I've been so energized since beginning my weekly AI prompts newsletter! Before now, I never even really liked sending emails… but now I'm excited to! 🙂
And, I'm excited to write blog posts again!
The prompts I'm sharing today are specifically designed to help neurodiverse business owners. I'm Autistic and I have ADHD, plus I live with chronic illness so my energy levels are suuuuper low often times. And the brain fog? Ugh. So, I use AI often and it helps me a lot. I added these prompts to my prompt locker. If you have AI Launch Magic, be sure to add them to yours, too!
10 Simple Prompts for ADHD Business Owners
I've written and rewritten this post many times. I'm working on figuring out a cute way to display the prompts that also makes it easy to highlight.
For this post, I'm just going to put the prompts and headings in here. When I put a bunch of extra writing, it gets confusing. I use Claude but everyone is searching for ChatGPT prompts, and ChatGPT improves every day! So that is why they're called ChatGPT prompts… but you can use any AI tool!
The next post will be better, but I can't let imperfection stand in my way of hitting publish, or I'd be a huge hypocrite (and my coaching clients would call me out FAST). 😉 If you have any suggestions, please share them with me!
